1. No financial, tax, or legal advice

COFI is a recordkeeping and reporting tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or regulatory advice.

Users should rely on qualified professionals for decisions that require licensed or jurisdiction-specific guidance.

2. Availability and accuracy

COFI aims to present records and summaries based on current application behavior, but errors, outages, incomplete inputs, or unexpected edge cases may still occur.

Users should review important outputs before relying on them for external reporting or compliance.

Any AI-assisted output, summary, categorization, or conversational response is provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, stale, or unsuitable for your jurisdiction or facts.

COFI does not guarantee that AI-assisted features will detect fraud, accounting errors, legal issues, tax consequences, or compliance obligations.

3. Jurisdictional review

These pages are a strong application baseline, not a substitute for counsel in the jurisdictions where COFI may be offered.

The final production version should be adapted to local consumer, privacy, tax, and electronic-contract rules.

4. Operator follow-through

Before launch, the operator should publish the definitive legal entity details, request channels, and escalation paths referenced by these documents where required by law.
