1. Scope of the service

COFI is a web application for recording expenses, income, currency exchanges, user preferences, and related finance activity.

The service may also expose supporting features such as receipt attachments, session management, and administrative review tools.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your credentials.

You must not share account access, bypass authentication controls, or attempt to use another person's profile without authorization.

  • Use a valid email address for registration and recovery flows.
  • Keep your password confidential and rotate it if you suspect compromise.
  • Log out from shared devices and review active sessions when available.

3. Product behavior and limitations

COFI is intended to help organize financial records, not to replace accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Amounts, categories, dashboards, and summaries are shown based on the information entered by users and the current application logic.

If COFI offers AI-assisted summaries, chat responses, categorizations, or recommendations, those outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular context.

You remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted outputs before using them for accounting, tax, legal, compliance, operational, or business decisions.

4. Acceptable access

You may use COFI only for lawful internal, personal, or authorized business purposes.

Automated abuse, credential attacks, malicious uploads, scraping that harms service stability, and attempts to escalate privileges are prohibited.

5. Suspension, termination, and changes

Access may be restricted or terminated when use creates operational, security, legal, or abuse risk.

COFI may evolve over time, including changes to features, policies, routes, and user-interface behavior. Updated legal documents become effective when published.

AI-assisted or experimental features may be limited, rate-limited, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.

6. Liability framework

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Operators should align these terms with local law before public release in any jurisdiction.
